We employ highly experienced technicians (many with over 20 years of LaGasse experience) and mostly in house construction workers using our trucks and equipment. We strategically place all functional items such as inlet fittings, skimmers, lights, light switches, junction boxes, therapy jets, cleaning fittings, etc., to get you the ultimate in not only usability and performance, but aesthetics. We are heavily insured to protect you and us, and any sub-trade must be as well. LaGasse' maintains large office personnel to satisfy your every need because we know when you call a business working for you; you want a response, not an answering machine. Customer service is a priority.

Of course no company, worker, or product is perfect, so follow up at the end is what's most important. Meeting with our customer during instruction orientation and creating a punch list, then taking care of those items is what results in a completely satisfied customer.
