Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and knowledgeable Residential Pool Sales Representative to join our team covering Broward and Palm Beach counties. This individual will be a sales hunter responsible for seeking out and managing new sales opportunities with both custom home builders and homeowners. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in pool industry sales, understands local building codes and setbacks, and can guide clients through the construction process with expertise and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for residential pool projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with custom home builders, developers, architects, and homeowners.
- Conduct daily in-person visits (8:00–10:00 AM) to network with prospective builders at active residential job sites.
- Conduct on-site evaluations to assess property conditions, setbacks, and project feasibility.
- Prepare and present accurate proposals, bids, and project timelines.
- Advise clients on pool design options, features, and materials while aligning with budget and vision.
- Navigate local permitting requirements, building codes, and inspection processes.
- Collaborate with internal design, construction, and project management teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the pool construction industry.
- Established relationships within the Florida construction and homeowner market strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of pool setbacks, Florida building codes, and the end-to-end pool building process.
- Hands-on experience with Jandy pool equipment and automation systems (sales or technical).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to manage long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
